CANCELLATION RIGHTS*
If you have any questions in response to our products, please contact us at info@rosaceacare.com
If, for whatever reason, you no longer want the Rosacea Care products that you have ordered you may cancel the order at any time before you receive them or within 14 days of you receiving the products.
If you do want to cancel your order please do so in writing by emailing info@rosaceacare.com
If you do decide to cancel your order we will refund the price of the products and any delivery charges that applied to the cancelled order, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products unless a product was delivered to you in error.
All products from the cancelled order must be returned unopened with the seals still intact, to the address shown on the original invoice. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the products being returned is more than £50.00.
